What sizes does Physalia offer?
Physalia is currently offered in US women's sizes 2, 4, and 6. Additional sizing will be introduced as the brand grows.
What fabrics does Physalia use?
Physalia's permanent material language is built around silk, chosen for its natural drape, strength, and longevity. As the collection evolves, additional natural materials will be introduced, each selected with the same commitment to craftsmanship, durability, and refined construction.
How should I care for a Physalia garment?
Physalia garments should be professionally dry cleaned. For storage, keep pieces away from prolonged direct sunlight and store in a breathable garment bag where possible, to preserve fabric integrity and finish over time.
Do you ship internationally?
Physalia works with wholesale partners across Canada and internationally. Direct purchases are available by inquiry when inventory permits, and international shipping may be arranged on request, subject to destination-specific shipping regulations, duties, taxes, and import requirements. Unless otherwise agreed, any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does an order take?
Wholesale orders are produced against confirmed purchase orders rather than held as inventory. Standard lead time is approximately 7–9 weeks from order confirmation, covering sourcing, construction, finishing, and quality control.
Do you offer alterations?
Physalia does not currently offer alterations after purchase.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because most Physalia garments are produced in limited quantities or against confirmed orders, all direct sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect.
